Pricing: Retail prices are shown for comparison purposes only. Net prices will be quoted upon request. Purchase of less than full carton lots carries a penalty. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Freight: Freight is currently allowed on orders of $400 net or more, made within the California trading area. Special Orders and factory direct shipments are subject to manufacturer freight policies. Goods in transit are at the risk of the buyer. Shipping and delivery dates given are estimates only.
Claims: Shortage or damage must be listed on carrier's freight bill over driver's signature. If concealed damage is found please notify carrier at once and enter a claim.
Back Orders: Goods not shipped are considered cancelled unless otherwise specified by customer. If you wish to make a back order please make your request at time of purchase.
Returned Goods: Special Orders are not returnable. Cancellation of a special order must be written and is subject to factory's policy. All returns must be approved in advance and submitted within 90 days of receipt of goods. Returns resulting from customer error are subject to normal handling charges. All must be in First Class Saleable condition, provided with invoice number and date of sale, and be current stock items only. Defective goods are accepted only in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and consent. We make no separate warranty for goods bought through us.
Responsibility: The proper use of products is the responsibility of the customer. MacMurray Pacific does not design or manufacture the materials it sells. Therefore, MacMurray Pacific assumes no liability for materials sold, and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, for materials or information provided. Specifications shown are for customer convenience and are subject to change or error. The purchase value of any defective material sold by us is the limit of our liability. We are to be held harmless for any damages caused by merchandise bought through us.
Billing Terms: Minimum sale is $50.00 net with a $5.00 service charge applied to orders less than minimum. All orders subject to credit or C.O.D. approval. Any overdue balance is charged 1 1/2% per month finance charge. Possession of a catalog does not necessarily mean permission to purchase; we sell wholesale only. The above terms apply to the sales of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated here, as the complete statement of terms agreement. Terms or conditions contained in any purchase order submitted by you, the customer, are hereby subordinated or voided.
